My name is Velecia Williams, I am a real estate professional with EXP Luxury. Born into a family of service members of the Armed Forces, I have lived in multiple places. My last residency was in Dover, DE at Dover Air Force base as a child. As an adult I have lived in Atlanta, San Francisco, and I currently live in Columbia, SC. Here my husband and I are full time entrepreneurs. 

I have about 2 decades of real estate experience in multiple states. I am also very well networked in not only the United States but in other countries worldwide. Therefore, I am not limited to where I do business. I also have a separate Property Management Company servicing long term and short term leasing, for residential and commercial clients.

The best thing about working with me is that I treat every deal as if they a family member that I want to protect. When I went through my first homebuying experience, that's how the agent treated me. Today, we still keep in touch, and he is also the reason why I started my journey in this industry. 

I have taken numerous continuing education courses to keep my knowledge sharp and up-to-date in this field. The laws, the systems, and the economy are forever changing, and every transaction is different. The most current courses that I am proud to announce are certified listing agent and certified luxury agent. I am also a member of the National Association of relators and a certified Commercial Investment member.
